- His gateman who has become social media famous recently spoke up on his boss' arrest in an interview

- According to Jacob, he was absent when the arrest was made and has been warned to not speak to anyone

As Nigerian male barbie, Bobrisky sits behind bars following his arrest on November 7 in his Lekki home in Lagos, news surrounding his detention in police custody has been making rounds online.

Nigerians have stepped forward to advocate for his release after it was raised that the cross dresser was picked up for coming out of the closet as opposed to having a feud with fashion designer, Toyin lawani.

Although the acting Lagos commissioner of police, Edgal Imohimi has denied any arrest of the personality, his gateman, Jacob, who he made famous after featuring him in a couple of his Snapchat videos, recently spoke up in interview.

Speaking to Aunty Bukky, Jacob claimed he was not around when his boss, Bobrisky, was picked up by the police. However, he mentioned that neighbours who saw the whole thing informed him that his boss was thrown over the locked gate and beaten up mercilessly.
He said: “I was not around when the police came to the house to arrest my Oga. I went to buy coke and groundnut. One of our neighbours told me they beat him up and threw him over the gate because I locked it before I left! My Oga asked me not to talk anymore please leave me alone!”

While Bobrisky still trends on Nigerian Twitter, it is unclear what the fate of the Snapchat king would be and as it seems he's being missed by his fans, especially his gateman Jacob who has been instructed by his boss to keep mum.
