The leadership of Ekiti Grassroots Movement (EGM), across the sixteen local governments in Ekiti state has met with the Director General of KOLAPO OLUSOLA CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION (KOCO), Hon. Bisi Kolawole to discuss its new strategic plans toward the actualization of the continuity agenda of Governor Fayose and the sustainability of the long term developmental plans of the incumbent government.

At the courtesy visit, the state Coordinator of the group, Mr. Adesuyi Alex appreciated the relentless efforts of Hon. Bisi Kolawole for being an exceptional leader and a grassroots mobilizer.

"We are here to familiarize ourselves with you, and to discuss what EGM has been doing to contribute to the continuity agenda of Governor Fayose's administration "

"By the special grace of God, EGM has been able to reach out to well meaning people across the sixteen local governments of the state and mobilised at least 10, 000 newly registered voters to complement the effort of the government in making sure the continuity agenda is sustained"

Speaking, he said the group was working relentlessly to mobilise registered voters to INEC office to pick their PVCs and prepare to vote enmass for Prof. Kolapo Olusola in the forthcoming governorship election slated for 14 July, 2018.

Responding, Hon. Bisi Kolawole appreciated the group for doing a great job. "I must confess to you, the footprint of EGM is everywhere in Ekiti state. I love your movement. You have started well"

Encouraging the group, he said members of the group must establish good names for themselves."Consistency and transparency must be the pinnacles of your goal"

"The continuity agenda is a collective responsibility"

Speaking further, he promised to discuss the activities of the group with Governor Peter Ayodele Fayose, and the incoming governor, Prof. Kolapo Olusola and revert back to the leadership of the group for further engagements.

"I will liaise with all the 16 local government chairmen of the state to support EGM"

Reacting to Fayemi's candidacy, he said all lovers of continuity must work until victory is ascertained. " Although Fayemi is a bad market who has less integrity in Ekiti state, yet all hands must be on deck to resist federal might during the election" he said.
